AlpHouse started out of a desire to build warmer homes in response to the changing regulations and the desire to make warmer energy efficient homes more affordable.

Our background is residential property development and construction. We have completed projects in Canterbury and Auckland. In all our projects we have always tried to exceed the norm by making homes warmer with attention to architecture and finishing materials.
