We proudly took part in the concept design and planning of a hospitality-focused rental village — a project centered around the idea of Direct Hospitality.

Our team developed a masterplan for new hospitality sites, where each unit is a self-contained, energy-efficient living module. The concept combines modular flexibility, smart land use, and high architectural quality to create an inviting, scalable accommodation solution.

This project showcases how our construction system — based on prefabricated SIP modules — can be effectively applied in commercial hospitality settings, whether for boutique stays, eco-lodges, or modern retreat villages.

From early-stage planning to visual design and construction feasibility, we provided a full-cycle concept ready to be implemented on real development sites.
